Beschreibung

Europas höchster Vulkan erhebt sich weit über Sizilien. Diese familienfreundliche Tour führt Sie so nah wie möglich an den Gipfel heran. Sie werden zum Rifugio Sapienza gefahren und steigen dann in eine Seilbahn und ein 4x4-Fahrzeug um, um den Hauptkrater auf etwa 2.900 m über dem Meeresspiegel zu erreichen. Die Aussicht und die Mondlandschaft von hier aus sind einfach atemberaubend.

Naturpfade, Höhlen, Wälder und Lavaströme prägen die Landschaft, die zum Gipfel des Ätna führt. Nach der Abholung von Ihrem Hotel werden Sie zum Rifugio Sapienza auf der Südseite des Ätna auf etwa 1900 m Höhe gefahren, wo Sie den Bus verlassen, um noch mehr zu entdecken.

Unterwegs erfahren Sie alles, was es über den Ätna und seine explosive Vergangenheit zu wissen gibt. Und keine Sorge - auch für die Kleinen gibt es viel Wissenswertes zu erfahren. Danach haben Sie etwas Freizeit, um alles selbst zu sehen. Steigen Sie in eine Seilbahn und dann in einen Geländewagen, der Sie zum Hauptkrater bringt. Hier sollten Sie Ihre Kamera dabei haben.

Atemberaubend! Ab der 1.Sekunde im Bus hat uns Fabio, unser Guide mit Leidenschaft die Geschichte der Entstehung Siziliens durch den Etna erzählt. Wie dieser Vulkan die Landschaft geprägt hat. Auf dem Weg zum Vulkan haben wir auch viel von der Umgebung erklärt bekommen, uns hat der Enthusiasmus unseres Guides begeistert! Unser Guide schleuste uns schnell mit der Seilbahn nach oben, die Wanderung auf dem Vulkan ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Die Busfahrt mit Pipo war auch jederzeit entspannt!

Die Tour war sehr spannend und kurzweilig gestaltet. Fabio als Reiseleiter ist wirklich Klasse. Er kümmert sich um seine Gäste, erzählt viel von Land, Leute und natürlich dem Ätna. Er gibt wertvolle Reisetipps und geht auf die Fragen der Gäste ein. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen an der Sache war: Der Ätna war sehr" freundlich"... Aber dafür können weder TUI noch Fabio etwas... Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Tour!

Der Tourguide hat es sehr gut organisiert, wir sind geschlossen mit der Seilbahn und den Unimogs oben angekommen und hatten dadurch nur wenig Wartezeit. Am Schluss war noch genug Zeit um Souvenir einzukaufen.
