Once you've soaked up the history and culture of 'small Marrakech', your journey will take you onwards to Tiout, a welcoming local village located just 30 km from Taroudant. Not quite as our expectation. Transport & guide ok but visit to Taroudant was disappointing as it concentrated on walk through market & visit to 'gift' shop. Expected to see more of the town walls/ ramparts as this was a feature of the tour description however we had only 1 photo stop & was definitely not at best viewpoint. Tiout lunch was very good however manage your expectation of 'oasis' as this is a made palm groves using reservoir and irrigation channels. Could see Kasbah but did not visit
