What to expect

Hop aboard the fastest elevator and head straight up to the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa. Experience stunning panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, the ocean, and the desert from the observation deck of the highest structure in the world.

Combine your experience with a complimentary soft drink or a light snack at The Café on the ground level of the Burj Khalifa. The special treats you will experience are prepared by Executive Chef Jerome Lagarde, who with his 20 years of experience assures an experience every bit as memorable as the view.

Meeting point:
Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.
What to remember

Accessibility:

  • The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible

Not allowed:

  • Service animals
  • Food or drinks

Know in advance:

  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage Check Room located near the entrance
  • Burj Khalifa Levels 124 and 125: Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and 6.30pm to 11.00pm. The Café: Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 8.30pm
  • The Café visit will take place after you visit the observatory on your return to the ground level
  • Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

    "must do" in Dubai - leider An- und Rückfahrt mit selbst organisieren Taxi - Führung keine - tausende Touristen - Massenveranstaltung - jeder will sehen.

    tolle Aussicht, leider trotz zeitgebundener Tickets über zwei Stunden zur Hochfahrt anstehen (keine Sitzmöglichkeit). Bei Aussichtsplattform ebenfalls keine Sitzplätze (weder innen noch außen).

    Like everyone experiencing this Amazing structure, our visit to the Burj Khalifa was unforgettable!! From the 60 second elevator ride up 124 floors, to the incredible 360 degree view of downtown Dubai and the surrounding areas. It was surreal!
