    Traveled as a couple

    We did not get picked up at all for our excursion! We waited an hour, from 8:15 to 9:30, called TUI multiple times, asked for our booking reference which we provided, and was told they would get back to us in 5 minutes, they finally called after 20 minutes, asked for our reference again after not being able to contact the people doing our excursion, he then asked for confirmation of our reference and proceeds to not get back to us at all! We’ve called for a refund twice and we are yet to get It.

Essaouira has always been a multicultural melting pot.'On day one, we'll hit the road to Marrakech, where on arrival you'll delve straight into the medina's warren of tightly-packed streets. Spend the morning taking in sights as we drop by places like Jardin Secret, before lunch at Dar Nejarine. After some free time to explore, we'll head to Djemaa el-Fna at dusk – the best time to see it – before a tasty dinner and traditional entertainment in a riad.On day two we'll head to the coastal city of Essaouira.
