The open-air terrace provides a sweeping 360-degree view of the city, sea, and desert. A visit at sunset offers a mesmerising spectacle as the city lights twinkle against the backdrop of the desert bathed in a red glow.

Your visit also includes a multimedia presentation about Dubai’s history and the construction of the skyscraper. You'll ascend rapidly in high-speed lifts fitted with LCD screens to glass observation decks on floors 124 and 125, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.

Meeting point:

Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. By metro, take the red line to the Burj Khalifa Station. By car, take the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road and proceed through Financial Centre Road to Dubai Mall. Parking is available at Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue car park. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

This ticket reduces queueing significantly during the following time slots: 5:00am–12:30pm; 3:00pm–6:00pm; 8:00pm–11:00pm
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
