You'll make your own way to the lunch reservation at Buddy V's Ristorante in the Venetian Resort, then get collected at your centrally located Las Vegas hotel stated at checkout and discussed with the local operator.

What to remember

For the night flight, please indicate your hotel location at checkout and confirm with the local operator at least 24 hours before the tour to schedule your pickup time. You will find the contact details on the voucher after booking
The helicopter check-in is 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time and those 18 years and over will need to present valid ID or passport. All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat
Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft
Infants (age 0-1): free admission. They must be seated on the lap of their parent or guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required to validate the age
Please note that the helicopter tour is only available in English
Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but please be aware that the use of “Selfie Sticks” and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft
