Alles tijdens het snorkelen en het contact met de gids was perfect. Helaas toen we aankwamen was de boot nog op het water en hebben we een half uur moeten wachten voordat we aan de beurt waren. Wat zonde was van onze tijd en geld. Maar de gids heeft er wel alles aan gedaan om de boot zo snel mogelijk aan land te kunnen krijgen.
Snorkeling with sea turtles in the ocean is really a magical experience. Use this special occasion to explore the sea waters together with these historical creatures. Sao Pedro bay has all the fun elements for a fun day by the beach and Sao Vicente island is the only place in Cape Verde where you can swim with turtles in their natural habitat.
With a local fishermen's boat you’ll leave Sao Pedro beach behind. After a 5 minute boat ride you’ll see the turtles approaching. Take a minute to admire them, put on snorkel gear and jump in. This is your rare chance to come eye to eye with the turtles and snorkel around them!
